It's a sad day when simply asking a question can get you arrested and subdued with the use of a Taser gun as recently happened in the US. Andrew Meyer, a self confessed attention seeking prankster was videoed asking Senator Kerry why he conceded the 2004 Presidential election to George Bush when many say he actually won it.

I for one wish the video had run on a little longer as I would like to have heard his answer. However I can see no reason why the police resorted to such heavy handed tactics in subduing Andrew Meyer or anyone that asks a question. It would never happen at a BAC Network seminar, I can assure you.
